Chipotle Guacamole



Enjoy the smoky and spicy flavors of chipotle peppers in this delicious guacamole recipe. Perfect for dipping or as a topping for your favorite Mexican dishes.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 roma plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon adobo sauce from chipotle peppers

Instructions:

Take avocados apart in half, scoop out the flesh into a bowl, and then take out the seeds

Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados until the texture you want is reached

Mix well after you add the salt and lime juice

Add chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and a pinch of cayenne pepper

Chopped chipotle peppers and a teaspoon of canned adobo sauce should be added

Make the sauce as spicy as you like

Make sure that everything is well mixed

Check the taste and add more salt or lime juice if needed

Put it on tortilla chips right away or use it as a topping for tacos, burritos, or your other favorite foods
