Ingredients:
- 2 cans 5 oz each tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons minced jalapeno
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, almond flour, chopped cilantro, minced jalapeno, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper
Add beaten egg to the mixture and stir until well combined
Form the mixture into small patties
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
Fry the tuna cakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through
