This smoothie is great for breakfast or as a snack because it is healthy and tastes great with spinach and sweet mango.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
In a blender, combine spinach, mango, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey
Blend until smooth and creamy
If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached
Pour into glasses and serve immediately
