Enjoy the rich flavors of Ukrainian food with these delicious dill potatoes that were cooked just right with butter and full-fat whipping cream.
Ingredients:
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup full-fat whipping cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
Instructions:
In salted water, boil the diced potatoes for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until they are soft
Put the potatoes back in the pot after draining them
Put the cream cheese and butter into the pot with the potatoes
Add the butter and cream to the potatoes and mash them until they are smooth and creamy
Add pepper and salt to taste
Add the chopped dill and mix it in well
Serve hot, and if you want, top with more dill
