Maple Pumpkin Fudge

This maple pumpkin fudge is a delightful treat that combines the warmth of maple syrup and the richness of pumpkin in a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth fudge. It's perfect for fall or any time you're craving a sweet and seasonal dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8-inch square baking pan, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off later

Put the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl that can go in the microwave

To make the mixture smooth and fully melted, microwave it for 30 seconds at a time and stir it after each one

Pumpkin puree from a can, pure maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and vanilla extract should all be added and mixed well

Put the mixture into the baking pan that has been prepared

Use a spatula to make it even

To make the fudge firm, put it in the fridge for at least two hours

Use the extra piece of parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan after it has set

Cut it into small squares or rectangles by putting it on a cutting board

Serve your tasty maple pumpkin fudge and enjoy it!
